Tenant info
Insurance
North Pine Storage does not insure tenant belongings. You are responsible for your own coverage for burglary and vandalism, wind, lightning, hail, water (excluding flood), fire, smoke, explosion, vermin, sinkhole and building collapse.
Before you move in, ask your homeowner's or renter's insurance agent whether items in a storage unit are covered for those, and for how much. If they are not, your agent can usually add coverage.
The basics
- Access is 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- Bring an adequate lock (a disc or cylinder lock) for your door. Securing your unit is up to you.
- If anything about your unit isn't right when you arrive, call Drew at (218) 457-0460 or Seth at (218) 457-0116.
- No hazardous materials. Fuel in a vehicle's or boat's own tank is fine.
- Your rental agreement has the full rules; you get a copy when you sign.

Winter
- After a heavy snowfall we plow the main road within 24 hours.
- Do not use salt or ice melt on the concrete pad. Salt damages concrete, and tenants are responsible for damage to the concrete.
Moving out
Empty the unit, sweep it out, and let us know: sign in to your account and choose "Moving out?", or call (218) 457-0460 or email johnsondrewj@gmail.com.
